The Gasparilla Island State Park is 51 hectares in size and was established in 1983. On the offshore barrier island, there is little car traffic, but two beautiful beaches: Sea Grape and Range Light, with the southernmost of the two being the more beautiful.
Just before Naples – coming from the north – there is a long stretch of beach with five parking spaces, which is not very suitable for small children, but makes swimmers’ hearts beat faster. The beach is very narrow (it is said to have been much wider in the past) and goes deep into the water quite quickly.
Rotary Park is located in the heart of Cape Coral – a place of tranquillity surrounded by native flora and fauna. You can take a relaxed stroll here – provided it’s not too hot. A few park benches on the individual trails invite you to linger.
