These terms and conditions apply to all paid advertising packages booked by business customers through the website www.florida-scout.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The customer books a digital advertising package, which is published on www.florida-scout.com in the respective category. The service description is provided on the current offer page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Prices Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The prices are stated on the order page and are net in US dollars. Billing is processed through PayPal or Stripe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Monthly bookings are automatically renewed monthly and can be canceled at any time at the end of the term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Annual bookings (12 months) are automatically renewed if not canceled before the end of the term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Cancellation of an ongoing subscription is only possible by the contractual partner who made the booking and payment.The cancellation is made through the payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) by the customer themselves. Upon request, we will provide the corresponding cancellation link again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Monthly bookings: cancellable at the end of the term<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Annual bookings: no early cancellation, but cancellable at the end of the term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      5. Content Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The customer is responsible for the provided content (texts, images, logos, links, etc.). Florida Scout assumes no liability for their legal permissibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Publication SEO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Florida Scout handles the publication and additionally provides search engine optimized preparation. A specific ranking in search engines is not guaranteed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Florida Scout is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or economic disadvantages due to the failure to achieve specific advertising goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The place of jurisdiction is – where permissible – Cape Coral, Florida. The law of the USA applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
