Yes, that&#8217;s right: 31 construction phases are first approved by the city before construction can continue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This promises a high level of quality assurance. This is backed up by constantly increasing <strong>building regulations <\/strong>, particularly due to the risk of hurricanes. In any case, no new building will collapse so quickly when natural disasters sweep across the country.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Building permit and approvals can be viewed online<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All data on the individual acceptance and approval steps are now <strong>available online<\/strong>, so that you are always up to date. Our builder has set up the permit board. Here, too, all construction stages are noted and the permits and approvals are displayed.
