You can find out how the rich and famous live in Old Naples. Large Art Deco villas line Gulfshore Blvd, while terracotta, apricot and pink roofs live up to the origin of the city’s name Naples and exude a Mediterranean flair.
The properties are surrounded by lush, finely manicured vegetation, including bougainvillea, palm trees and citrus trees. On 5th Ave S between 3rd St and 9th St S, restaurants, cafés and numerous stores invite you to take a stroll.

If you prefer a quieter pace, take a stroll through the side streets west of 3rd Street – this is where Old Naples shows its relaxed, almost village-like side. Small art galleries, lovingly restored cottages and shady paths lead past magnificent gardens down to the beach.
Especially in the early morning or just before sunset, the district unfolds its very own magic. Tip: A stroll along Palm Circle or a bike ride through the Historic Districts reveals why many call this the most stylish part of Florida.
